The Medieval Cottage

This is my latest creation, the Medieval House. It's a cute, small, cozy and medieval-looking house. It's built on a 10x15 lot.

When you enter the house, you directly walk into the livingroom. There's a cute fireplace where you can sit and read a book from the bookcase. Extremely cozy.
When you walk to the right, there's a diningtable and a kitchen. That's all there is on the first floor.
When heading upstairs, you enter the RED and cozy hall. There's a sofa to relax. There is only one bedroom and a bathroom. And that's it.

The price of the house unfurnished is 17.796 and 29.071 furnished. I used both Ambitions and World Adventures (I believe.. xd), so your game requires both of them.
There's no CC to worry about.

The Column House

This is my latest creation, the Column House. It has two huge colums in front of it, a colorful garden and a modern-looking fibe.

On the first floor, you'll find a big livingroom, a kitchen, a diningtable and a toilet. There's also a modern fireplace.
When heading upstairs, there's a hall, a first small bedroom, a second bigger bedroom and finally the bathroom. There's also a little reading/relaxingspace on the gallery.
There is a third floor, but it's in no way useable, just a empty room.

The house is built on a 20x15 lot. The price is 57.317 furnished and 42.322 unfurnished. I used both Ambitions and World Adventures, so you will need both to use this house in your game.
There's by the way no CC in the house to worry about.

The Summer House

So here it is, my latest upload: The Summer House.
A nice, summerlooking house with a built-in garage. The house has two floors. On the first floor you can find a livingroom, a kitchen, a bathroom and finally the garage.
On the second floor are three bedrooms, a hallway, a bathroom and a balcony.
Outside you can find a huge pool, a sitting area and a cute little garden.

The house is built on a 20x20 lot, the price furnished is 61.155 and 37.367 unfurnished. You will need both Ambitions and World Adventures to run it in your game. There is no CC to worry about.

The Forest House

My latest creation: The Forest House. It's a wooden and stone house which fits perfectly in de woods. It doesn't have the normal layout like livingroom downstairs and bedrooms upstairs, but it's just the other way around. :P
So, you need to use the stairs to enter the house. On the second floor is a livingroom, a kitchen, a diningroom and a little hangout. When you go downstairs, you'll find a hallway, three bedrooms and a bathroom.
Outside is a little spot where you can sit down and relax, and there's a second, little building. This is the fourth and last bedroom, but you can make a recreationroom out of it too.

The house is build on a 20x15 lot and the price furnished is 66.743 and unfurnished 45.239. The house contains EA-stuff, but also some CC. You will need both Ambitions and World Adventures EP's.

Almost all windows are created by Funny and can be found on the second page of the Build Mode index. The windows aren't included.

The Little Stone House Series - Part Three

The third part of the Little Stone House Series! As cute and cozy as the others, but just a little bit bigger! This house is for a bigger family.
It has two frontdoors, so you're sims can enter it any way they want to. On the first floor you'll find a open kitchen, a little dining space and a livingroom. Just like the others. When you're heading upstairs, you will enter the hallway. The first room is a bedroom, then there's a bathroom and finally.. a second bedroom! This one is the biggest, so probably for the parents.. The other and first bedroom can be used by another couple, but you can also place two one-personbeds in it for your little kids..
Outside is again the little cute garden.

So, for this house you will need both Ambitions and World Adventures to run it in your game. You'll also need the Creeping Ivy by Lemoncandy
The lotsize is 15x10. The price is 47.637 furnished and 35.118 unfurnished.

The Little Stone House Series - Part Two

Hello there!
This is my second creation in The Little Stone House Series. It's a little bit bigger as the first one of my serie, but it's still as cozy and cute as Part One! This house is also for a one- or two-person family.
On the first floor you can find a cute open kitchen, a open diningroom and finally a livingroom. When you're heading upstairs, you enter the bedroom and next to it is the bathroom. Also very cute and PINK. :D
Anyways, outside is a cute garden, looking a lot like the garden from Part One, but still a little bit different.

The house is build on a 15x10 ground and you will need both EP's Ambitions and World Adventures to run it in your game. There is only one CC in the game and that's Creeping Ivy by Lemoncandy. This isn't included.
The rest of the house is build with EA-stuff only.
The price of the house furnished is 36.368 and 27.578 unfurnished.

Hi there! This is my latest creation, The Beach House. It's a cute, blue house, build near the beach. But if you like, you can place in somewhere else.
The first floor has a garage, a cute livingroom, a seperate kitchen and a diningroom. On the second floor is a hallway, a bedroom and fianlly a bathroom.
Outside isn't much space to build anything you like, but there is a balcony which you can decorate the way you like it.

The house contains EA-stuff and custom content, but you will need the EP Ambitions to run it in your game. The house is build on a 15x10 lot.
Price of the house furnished is 45.455 and unfurnished 28.602.
